Newspapers (Courier Mail)

Newspapers continue to be the most predominant source of enquiry. Three in five Brisbane people believe newspapers are the media most useful when sourcing information on the purchase of houses, land or units. This is far greater than all other media. By advertising in The Courier-Mail Weekend Edition you have the ability to reach thousands of Brisbane people through their preferred source of information - newspapers.

Newspapers (Local Paper)

Quest Newspapers are your local newspapers that service the suburbs within your area. They are a great source of buyer enquiry and are substantially cheaper. The circulation rates range between 33,000 and 82,000 copies depending on the suburb.


The internet is the second most used resources when searching for properties for sale. Your property will be listed on 5 websites when you list with us.,,, & The internet produces countless amount of enquiries and gives buyers the chance to browse through numerous photos and get a very detailed description of your property.


Signboards offer great exposure to your property for many different reasons. Most people buy within 7 kilometres of where they currently live and for this reason they are great advertising tool as people that are walking or driving past already get a feel for the area and can view your home externally.


We produce full colour brochures for your property once the campaign has been launched. We provide these to all potential buyers upon request and hand them out on open homes. We endeavour to put as much detail on your property as possible contained within these brochures to allow the buyer to remember your home and all its positive features.

Letterbox Drop / Mail Outs

We letterbox box surrounding streets in your area informing them that you have just listed your property for sale and providing them with a few details about it. We also give them details of open homes to let them know when they are able to come through and inspect your property. Our RE/MAX associates also have very large databases of clients they have been building up over the years and often mail out information about your property to these people as well.

Open Homes

Open homes are a fantastic marketing tool as it gives us a chance to meet face to face with potential buyers and determine their interest levels. It also gives people a chance to inspect your property and have them picture that this could be their new home. During the first few weeks of your property being listed on the market, we suggest two open homes per week as these periods are the highest for buyer activity.

Brisbane City Property Guide

This is a full colour property guide that is distributed for free around the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. It is delivered to many cafes, restaurants and real estate agencies. These are a great source of enquiry as well as many buyers tend to pick up these magazines on a week to week basis to see what properties are for sale. When booking a page within the property guide your property will also receive 100 full colour brochures for us to disperse at open homes and enquiries from the office. RE/MAX Integrity is offered a great discount when booking properties in this guide and is only available to RE/MAX Integrity.

Brisbane News

Brisbane news is a full colour magazine which circulates around the inner city Brisbane area. This magazine is also distributed freely amongst many cafes, restaurants, real estate agencies and homes in the area. Brisbane News also runs in conjunction with The Courier Mail, offering you great discounts when you run ads simultaneously.

Style Magazine

RE/MAX Integrity support a magazine called Style Magazine. We are offered some great deals when we choose to advertise with them and like the Brisbane News, is circulated around the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. It is a full colour magazine and attracts lifestyle buyers as the magazine is focused towards lifestyle living.


Each week, every associated within the RE/MAX Integrity group produces an E-Newsletter that they distribute to their database. Upon listing your property, it will be featured as a "Just Listed" property within this newsletter and allow people to view photos and other information about your property. It will also give them details of open homes and other ways to inspect your property. This is a great marketing tool as people on associates databases are active buyers and this targets thousands of people with just one click. A lot of enquiries are produced from these newsletters and often many sales arise from them subsequently.
